Q: I died from a sudden server crash or logged in and lost all my stuff, can I get it back?
A: Unfortunately not. On official, you do not get anything back and if we had to do this for everybody it would take too much time. If we have time we may help you.

Q: When does the server wipe?
A: The server typically wipes when it dies, it does not have a set time. 

Q: How do I report something?
A: Use the #support_ticket channel in the discord and follow the support ticket format given. An admin will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Q: Do I get my stuff back when I'm meshed
A: Make sure to record a clip of you getting meshed and the stuff you lost if you're online. If you're offline, do your best to show us what you lost. An admin will come to your base and make sure it was 100% a mesh and get what you lost (based on the tribe log) back. 

Q: What happens if I'm teamed on?
A: Provide the names of the tribes and gather plenty of sufficient evidence and send it to an admin. Getting teamed does not mean when you are in a 3-way flyer battle and the other 2 people happen to target you. Make sure to record all the evidence you can and there will be consequences for the teamers.

Q: What if I'm insided?
A: Admins take little to no action on personal tribe issues. This includes insiding, we strongly recommend not merging or joining with people you've only just met. Its a 6 Man Tribe, you must have some friends you trust!

Q: What if I lose an item by Cheaters?
A: Getting your stuff back that was lost by people who were breaking the rules is not easy. We need sufficient evidence to see what was lost, as we can not just take your word as to what you lost. 

Q: Do Admins Clear Spam?
A: Admins CAN clear spam for you, but don't rely on them being quick as we often have more important things to do. Just tame up an arthropluera and munch it away!

Q: Do Donations Carry Over on a Wipe?
A: Yes, a percentage carries over! Over 100$: You will get 60% back! Under 100$: You will get 30% back! Under 25$: You will not receive any back!
